LinkGather from TechyGeeksHome



This plugin for WordPress shows you how to export the links for all your blogs articles in Google Spreadsheets format.

Go and get the plugin through the WordPress Plugin Repository by looking for LinkGather, alternatively you can just go to the address below:

When you have activated the plugin, you can go ahead and use it.

Step by Step Guide


A new tab on the options side of your WordPress admin portal will appear called LinkGather:

Hovering over this tab option, you will then see a sub-menu with the different pieces available to you:

If you click on the Home title, this will go to the plugins homepage which has instructions, similar to these, on how to use the plugin.

Post Links


Click the Post Links title to take you to the page that will display all of your blog sites published posts’ links. Be aware that for the purposes of this guide, we are using our demo test site with just a few URL's in it.

You should now see a table with two columns, one LinkGather WordPress Plugin for the title of your posts and another for the links of your posts. Depending on how many posts you have will depend on how long this click here list will be.

Underneath the URL's list, you will see that LinkGather has also added up how many post URL you have.

You then also have the option to download the articles in Google Spreadsheets style.

Page Links


The instructions is exactly the same for Page Links, but instead of bringing back published URL, it will bring back published pages instead:

JetPack URL's


The option for JetPack URL's is again exactly the same method as those above, however, JetPack ShortLinks are actually built in short links created by the JetPack plugin. If you have the JetPack plugin installed, you must have the short links option also enabled for our plugin to be able to get those URL.

If you do not have the JetPack short links module enabled, our plugin will check here just pull back basic post links instead.
